Fair Play, Anti-Cheating & Refund Policy
At Teen Patti Mastr, we are committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming experience for all players. We make every commercially reasonable effort to ensure that all games are conducted honestly and in accordance with our platform rules. Because player behavior can be complex, suspicious activity and cheating are detected through a combination of automated systems and manual reviews.

Please note that any violation of our Terms of Service or platform rules, whether intentional or unintentional, may result in temporary suspension, chip confiscation, or permanent account termination.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any of the following activities:
- Using third-party software, scripts, bots, hacks, or automated tools to access or play games
- Attempting to obtain free chips from unauthorized websites or suspicious links
- Using abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language, including in usernames and profile pictures
- Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or store chips
- Intentionally losing games to transfer chips to another player or account
- Buying or selling chips outside the official Teen Patti Mastr platform
- Sharing account credentials or passwords with any third party
- Participating in collusion by coordinating with friends or alternate accounts at the same table
Any account found engaging in these activities may be penalized immediately.
Chip Transfers
Chip transfers are strictly prohibited on Teen Patti Mastr.
The following activities are considered violations:
- Deliberately losing games to transfer chips to another player or your alternate account
- Selling chips under any circumstances
- Purchasing chips from unauthorized sellers or third parties
If suspicious chip transfer activity is detected, Teen Patti Mastr reserves the right to confiscate all chips and suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved.
Collusion
Collusion occurs when two or more players work together to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
Examples include:
- Playing with friends at the same table to manipulate game outcomes
- Sharing card information during gameplay
- Coordinating bets to disadvantage other players
If collusion is detected or reasonably suspected, all associated accounts may be penalized, including chip confiscation and permanent account bans.
Multiple Accounts
Each player is allowed to maintain only one Teen Patti Mastr account.
Creating additional accounts for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited:
- Collecting free chips
- Claiming repeated bonuses
- Storing chips
- Circumventing restrictions or penalties
Violations may result in:
- Confiscation of chips and bonuses
- Suspension of all related accounts
- Permanent ban from the platform
Chip Farming and Automation
Using scripts, bots, or repetitive manual techniques to collect free rewards, bonuses, or chips is considered abuse of the platform.
These activities may lead to:
- Removal of all chips and bonuses
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Please do not:
- Share your password with anyone
- Click on suspicious “free chips” offers
- Provide your login information to third parties
Teen Patti Mastr representatives will never ask for your password.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All purchases made on Teen Patti Mastr are final.
No Refund Policy
Once chips, coins, or in-app items have been successfully credited to your account, refunds are generally not provided.
Missing Credits
If purchased chips are not credited to your account, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and credit the missing items as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
If Teen Patti Mastr is unable to deliver the purchased chips or items, any eligible refund will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.
Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, Teen Patti Mastr may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warning notice
- Temporary account suspension
- Chip and bonus confiscation
- Permanent account ban
- Restriction from future promotions and rewards
All enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Teen Patti Mastr.
