Purchases and Payments

Virtual items:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or other items outside the platform
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once virtual items have been successfully credited to your account, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
If purchased items are not delivered, please contact us. If we are unable to provide the purchased items, an eligible refund may be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.
